- In all courses, selection of applicants depend upon the eligibility and merit in accordance with the rules prescribed by CCS University.
- Applicant must apply with a filled in application form issued from college. Application form with an admission brochure can be obtained from the office of IDC.
- For the courses in which admission is based upon an entrance exam organized by university, applicant must have to fill an application form obtained from college and mention his/her Merit No. and Roll No.
- An applicant has to fill his/her admission form in his/her own handwriting and paste a recent passport size photograph at appropriate place. This filled in application form must be submitted in office of Islamia Degree College on or before given last date and need to get a receipt. No application will be entertain after given last date.
- Merely submitting an application does not complete an applicant's admission process until s/he does not fullfil all admission related eligibilities and do not receive the permission from college admission officer.
- Signature of parent/guardian is compulsory on application form. In case of illiterate parents, left hand thumb impression must be inked on application form. If the signature/thumb impression found fake, the admission shall be cancelled without any obligation and only the applicant will be responsible for any such cancellation.
- For getting admission, every applicant has compulsorily to be presented before Principal and admission panel of Islamia Degree College.
- On the date fixed by college if an applicant found unable to furnish his/her merit, mark sheets, caste certification, certifications for weightage marks, character certification, and an agreement by employer (if employed); the admission rights of such applicant will get vanished automatically.
- About an admission in college the decision of admission panel will be final and valid. Unwanted, disputed, or skeptic cases can only be submitted by admission panel in accordance with the decision of Principal. Principal himself can consider such cases for admission.
- In addition with above rules, rules given in university brochure as well as in admission brochure are acceptable.
- As the need arise, college administration is free to change/amend/terminate any rule anytime. These changes/amendments/terminations are acceptable to applicants and/or guardians.
- About all the cases not mentioned here, principal's decision is considered as final.
- To maintain the cleanliness, right environment, discipline and organization; pramaount right of principal to reject/cancel an application of an unwanted/disputed/doutful student is reserve.
- Any decision of principal about management system or discipline policy etc is considered as final and paramount.
